However, if something doesn’t feel just right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exchange is applicable for size or article change only.

(We do not offer refunds — only product exchanges.)

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Custom or altered pieces

Process

1. Contact our team at rangesazofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+92) 321-4548696 within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Our representative will guide you through the process.

3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect article, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the product.
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost.
